The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been accused by Dipesh Sawant for having detained him illegally. Dipesh had written a petition to the Bombay High Court asking for ₹10 lakh compensation. While on the other hand, the agency has clearly denied all the allegations made by mentioning how everything happened in front of Dipesh’s mother and brother, and also how they allowed him to stay overnight at the NCB office when he said he was sleepy.
The court has scheduled the hearing of the case on 4th December.
