The Tata Punch EV has officially launched, with pricing starting at Rs 10.99 lakh and rising to Rs 14.49 lakh for the highest-spec option. The electric SUV is set to be delivered from January 22nd. There are five models of the electrified Punch that will be offered: Smart, Smart+, Adventure, Empowered, and Empowered+. Customers who are interested may book the EV at a small fee of Rs 21,000.
Tata Punch EV Features
Regarding the new design, one of the most notable features of the updated front fascia is the Nexon-inspired LED light bar that runs the width of the bonnet, as well as an upgraded bumper and grille design.
Split LED headlights and a silver faux skid plate are among the key features. Aside from that, the Punch EV will be Tata’s first electric car with a charger at the front, right under the brand’s logo.
The Punch EV’s interior has a trendy dual-tone theme, higher-quality upholstery, a 10.23-inch touchscreen screen and a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. Other features are a wireless charger, a sunroof, ventilated seats and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for the infotainment system.
The Tata Punch EV will be available with two battery options. The first is a 25 kWh battery pack with an estimated range of 315 km, while the second is a long-range 35 kWh battery pack with an estimated range of 421 kilometres.
