At the 67th edition of the Grammy Awards, both Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish were notably shut out, marking the first year since 2022 that neither artist walked away with a win. Despite not taking home any awards, both stars were seen enjoying the evening, supporting their fellow musicians, and engaging in the festivities.
Swift, nominated for six awards, and Eilish, nominated for seven, were unable to secure a win in any of their respective categories. However, both seemed to have a good time, celebrating others’ success. Swift, dressed in a radiant red dress, presented an award to Beyoncé, who won Best Country Album, and toasted Kendrick Lamar, who claimed the prestigious Record of the Year award. She also shared a heartwarming moment with Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz’s son, Genesis, as they danced together.
Eilish, similarly, stayed engaged with the performances, singing and dancing to Charli XCX’s songs. She also enjoyed moments of camaraderie, taking photos with Chappel Roan and Sabrina Carpenter, and sharing laughs with fellow musicians. Eilish honored her hometown of Los Angeles with a special performance of her hit song Birds of a Feather.
While neither artist won that night, both Swift and Eilish have impressive Grammy legacies, with Swift having won 13 awards and Eilish holding 9. Their positive spirits and continued support for others showed that they are true professionals, even in the face of defeat.
