TCS to acquire 100 per cent shares of Postbank Systems AG

India’s largest IT services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will acquire 100 per cent shares of Postbank Systems AG (PBS) from Deutsche Bank AG by the end of 2020. PBS and its nearly 1,500 employees would become part of TCS, thereby strengthening the relationship between the two organizations. This deal expand the IT services, consulting and business solutions firm’s scale in Germany and strengthen its growth outlook.
