Teachers should approach education ministry for reform: Varun Awasthi

Current Affairs & General Studies expert and SSC educator Varun Awasthi spoke about the SSC normalization system in a recent interview with Business Upturn.

Speaking about the national unrest among the students, Awasthi said that the formation of a Supreme court supervised committee is necessary to discuss the matter.

“The #modi_rojgar_do will again be termed as a political matter,” he said as Twitter is flooded with the hashtag. He stated that it can turn into trouble for students and educators and this method will not be effective enough.

He advised that the teachers should use their collective strength and power to talk to the Education Ministry for a committee to be formed under the supervision of the Supreme Court. The committee should look into the matter and make a decision.

He pointed out a major problem that if posts are available in SSC, why are the number of recruitments decreasing every year. He firmly believes that strive for reform is the only way out of this matter, which will benefit the students as well as the system.
