The Boys Season 4: The show
Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys is unlike any super hero show we’ve seen, and has offered viewers three different seasons. As the show progresses, we become more and more acquainted with the characters – not only the good guys such as Hughie, Starlight and Billy Butcher, but also villains like Homelander and Soldier Boy.
You start to worry the show has gone on for too long and wonder if there’s an end in sight. We are so thankful that this show has been able to give us these remarkable characters, as well as an adventure that’s worth staying up far too late for. Eric Kripke certainly has a plan, and each season of The Boys delivers on its promise of what’s to come. Just imagine how well it could do if it actually showed up on time.
Coming off a season that included a superhero who exploded a penis from the inside and a giant superhero orgy, you also start to wonder just how far—and how much further—things can go. So far, so good. The work we’ve done so far has been satisfactory and the level of dedication by this team matches our expectations.
The Boys Season 4 Plot Predictions: What will happen?
We know what we should actually focus on from the end of Season 3, and it is something worth thinking about. For instance, From what we know, Butcher has taken way too much Temp-V and has 12-18 months left to live. When Season 4 picks up again, we’ll have to wait and see how much time has passed.
In The Boys comics, SPOILER!, Black Noir is actually a supercharged clone of Homelander who goes even more mad than Homelander himself—and ultimately his worst crimes get pinned on him. Ryan had a wicked smile at the end of the season, so perhaps he’ll become just as villainous as his father. We already know the Black Noir story can’t end up that way, but maybe this is where it gets mixed up with a blend of the two.
In case this wasn’t bad enough, Victoria Neumann, who got Stan Edgar out of the way and is now sharing power with Homelander, might have ambitions on his Vice President seat. One of Homelander’s running mates was deep fried by Dakota Bob Singer to clear the way. With only one head pop away, this person could be in the running for president. This is really interesting and very important to think about.

There will! Season 4 of The Boys announced way back on June 10, 2022
The Boys Season 4 Release date: When will it air?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a set date for that at the moment. Per Karl Urban (the actor who plays Berserker) confirmed filming is expected to start in August 2022. That could mean that we get Season 4 as early as next Spring—but we’re not crossing our fingers for that to happen. Season 2 was released in Fall 2020, but Season 3 didn’t release until Summer 2022. There must be some time between then, however, as we’ll go with 2023.
