The Pakistan team’s travel to England has been postponed till June 25

The PSL was supposed to finish on June 20, and the national squad was supposed to fly for England on June 23 to play three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20s.

The Pakistan cricket team’s trip to England has been delayed by two days following the rescheduling of the Pakistan Super League final to June 24 in Abu Dhabi. The PSL was supposed to finish on June 20, and the national squad was supposed to fly for England on June 23 to play three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20s.

However, due to the postponement of the PSL final by four days, the national team will depart for England on June 25. The inaugural One-Day International (ODI) is set on July 8 in Cardiff.

Because Pakistan’s primary domestic Twenty20 tournament was postponed in March after numerous players and support personnel tested positive for COVID-19, the remaining 20 games of the PSL will be played in Abu Dhabi.

The Pakistan Cricket Board intends to restart the PSL on June 7 if it receives clearance from the United Arab Emirates government on Wednesday for its production team members to begin work on June 5 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Six franchises’ players and team executives came in Abu Dhabi last week on chartered planes from Pakistan. Their seven-day isolation period ends Wednesday afternoon, and players will begin training in Abu Dhabi, according to the PCB.
