The trailer of The Fall of Diddy was released by Investigation Discovery ahead of its release

Investigation Discovery just released the trailer for a documentary called The Fall of Diddy, which is set to dive into some of the darkest aspects of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ life. The trailer teases interviews with people from Diddy’s inner circle, as well as survivors of his alleged sexual assaults, who will share their stories and provide their side of events.

The documentary will explore the serious allegations against Diddy, who is currently in a Brooklyn prison. One of the key figures in the trailer is Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer who accuses Diddy of sexually harassing him. The trailer also features Thalia Graves, a woman who claims Diddy brutally assaulted her in 2001 and later threatened her to keep quiet. Danyel Smith, the former Editor-in-Chief of Vibe magazine, also speaks out about her own traumatic experience with assault.

In the trailer, one survivor says, “I can no longer just remain silent,” signaling a shift in how the public and the victims are choosing to speak out. The documentary also touches on the rise of hip-hop culture, symbolized by Diddy’s iconic “puff sound,” and how it became a powerful force in the 90s. “Hip-hop is not just music; it’s a lifestyle,” Diddy once famously said in an interview. But alongside the glitter and glam of hip-hop, there’s a much darker side that has often been overlooked. One of Diddy’s peers in the documentary reflects, “We did not realize the extent of the darkness” surrounding the culture at the time.

The Fall of Diddy documentary will air on Investigation Discovery on two consecutive nights, starting on January 27. It promises to reveal shocking details about the man behind the music and the controversial side of his career and personal life.
