Top achievements won by FC Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong

Frenkie de Jong is a Dutch professional footballer who now plays as a midfielder for the Spanish club Barcelona as well as the Netherlands national team. He is a dynamic midfielder with great defensive qualities. De Jong began his professional career in 2015 at Willem II. A year later, he moved to Ajax for a price of €1.

He established himself as one of Europe’s top young midfielders with Ajax, winning the domestic double and reaching the Champions League semi-finals. During his breakthrough season, De Jong agreed to join Barcelona in January 2019, resulting in his signing in July for a cost of €75 million.\

Eredivisie: 2018–19 and KNVB Cup: 2018–19 with Ajax. With Barcelona, he’s won the Copa del Rey in 2020–21.
