Top Employers Institute Names TCS Europe’s No.1 Employer for 2026

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been certified as the Top Employer in Europe for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, marking its 14th consecutive year at the top of the rankings.

In addition to its Europe-wide recognition, TCS has also been awarded the Global Top Employer certification and the Enterprise-Wide Top Employer Certification, reflecting its consistent people-centric strategy across global operations.

The Top Employers Institute conducts its assessments through the HR Best Practices Survey, evaluating organisations across six areas including Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, People Strategy, and Diversity & Inclusion.

TCS ranked first across Europe overall and secured top positions in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France and Poland. The company was also certified as a Top Employer in Italy, Spain and Norway.
