Topgolf Rhode Island is set to open on October 6 in Cranston; Here’s everything you need to know

According to a recent announcement, Topgolf will open its first Rhode Island venue in Cranston on Friday, October 6. Topgolf shared the following information about the company and its most recent location.

What is Topgolf?

A sporting event that includes high-tech golf, food, drinks, music and a good time. Imagine it a place where anyone can participate in the game of golf in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.  You’ll take aim at massive targets on the field while playing virtual courses or Topgolf’s course games like Angry Birds – and just so you know, Topgolf celebrate terrible shots just as much as good ones.

This will be Topgolf’s first location in Rhode Island and New England.

Topgolf Rhode Island, which will open on October 6, is the company’s 81st outdoor venue in the United States and 91st worldwide.

Topgolf Rhode Island will include 102 outdoor climate-controlled (heated!) hitting bays spanning three levels. Each bay contains lounge furniture or high-top tables where groups may cheer on – or heckle – the other Players.

Topgolf’s Toptracer technology is used at the facility, which monitors each golf ball’s flight path, distance and other unique data to impress your friends.

How much does Topgolf cost?

The Topgolf in Cranston website shows weekday and weekend pricing. Tuesdays are half-priced. A “one-time member fee” of $5 per person is charged for new players. Each bay may accommodate six players.

Furthermore, the “unlimited play” option is available for “locals” Monday through Friday, from open until noon, for $20 each person. On weekdays, the facility opens at 10 a.m.
