During a recent episode, the sports commentator and influencer shared how the intense public scrutiny following their 2022 split has impacted her. “Going through a public breakup, just to be frank, it’s been overwhelming,” she admitted. “I was reduced to a headline, to something so small as someone’s ex-girlfriend.”
Nicole also acknowledged that Kelce’s new relationship with Taylor Swift has intensified the attention. While she praised Swift as “very talented,” she admitted the constant comparisons have been difficult. “I just get a lot of s— because [Kelce] is dating such a mega superstar,” she said, explaining that trolls frequently bring up her past relationship, even on unrelated social media posts.
This persistent scrutiny has affected her self-perception. Fighting back tears, she admitted that the negativity has sometimes made her question her worth as a person and a partner.
