The American singer and songwriter Trey Songz has been accused of exposing a woman’s breast in a pool party. The victim of the accused filed a $10 million dollar complaint against the singer. The pathetic incident happened at a pool party in a Connecticut casino. This is not the first time, that the singer was accused of sensitive event. Earlier, Keke Palmer, a popular Hollywood actress was landed in a music video by him without her permission. As per TMZ, the woman named Jane Doe has reportedly sued Trey Songz for assaulting her sexually as he exposed her breasts out of her bikini top without her permission. The incident occurred at a pool party of Foxwoods Liquid Sundays where Trey Songz was also hosting an event. A video of the same also went viral, which proves the woman’s stand. He was seen shouting, “Titty in the open”. The video is also shared on Twitter by an account named Glock Topickz.

The victim Jane Doe felt so humiliated that she decide to leave her career for the emotional damage. Her lawyers now sent a demand letter over the harrasment caused to her. She is now suing Trey for $10 million dollars. On the other hand, Trey’s lawyer Michael Freedman, claiming the accusations false. He quoted, “This is yet another example of decade-old allegations being repurposed into a federal case to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new lookback window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
