TVS Motor share price surged nearly 2% in early trade on January 4 after the company posted robust sales numbers in the month of December 2020. The company’s sales grew by 17.5% at 2,72,084 units in December 2020 as against 2,31,571 units in the month of December 2019. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew by 13%, while motarcycles sales added 27%. At 09:25 AM IST, the share was quoting at Rs 496, up by Rs 5.25, or 1.07% on the BSE.
