UK court extends Nirav Modi’s prison remand

The Westminster Court on Tuesday extended the prison remand of the India’s bad-boy diamante millionaire Nirav Modi. Mr. Modi is to remain in jail till December 28. The remand has to extended ever 28 days, his stay is likely to be extended further. He is facing extradition to India to face charges of financial fraud to Punjab National Bank branch in Mumbai. The final statements are to made on January 7 and 8 between Crown Prosecution Service on India’s behalf and Claire Montgomery (Modi’s lawyer).
