une Students Get Access to Experiential Learning as Heritage Launches New School

For young children, learning through experience — touching, building, observing, creating and engaging — forms the foundation of cognitive and emotional development. Experiential learning supports curiosity, independence, confidence and social-emotional growth, qualities increasingly valued by parents.

Introducing this approach to Pune, Heritage Xperiential Schools has launched Heritage International Xperiential School (HIXS) in Kalyani Nagar.

The school’s opening coincided with the Early Years Summit 2025, featuring experts Jan Dubiel and Sarah Browne, who highlighted the importance of intentional environments and reflective learning practices in early education.

HIXS Pune will embody the same spirit of curiosity, compassion, and excellence that defines our schools,” said Edward Lawless, Head of School.

The campus opens with Nursery–Grade 3 admissions and features immersive learning environments such as Makerspaces, arts ateliers, wellness centres, design-thinking labs, sports facilities and multi-sensory classrooms.
