Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday announced that the disinvestment target is to be revised and will be set at Rs. 1.75 lakh crore for the Financial Year 2022.
In the previous couple of years it was set to be lower than the upcoming year. In FY’20 the disinvestment target was at Rs. 1.05 lakh crore and 80,000 crore in FY’19.
