The U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has approved the first Coronavirus self testing kit made by Lucira Health for home use on Tuesday. It is a one time use test which provides results within 30 minutes. Individuals aged 14 or older who are suspected of COVID-19 by their health care provider can make use of the test with self-collected nasal swab samples.
