Vascon Engineers Ltd. has been awarded a ₹260.09 crore EPC contract by Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation for constructing a Super Specialty Hospital in CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
The hospital will be delivered within 36 months and will feature advanced healthcare infrastructure supported by comprehensive MEP systems. The project strengthens Vascon’s position in the institutional infrastructure segment.
The company’s order book currently stands at ₹2,800 crore, reflecting strong growth momentum. Vascon continues to operate at 90% utilisation, with annual execution capabilities of 8 million square feet.
