Legendary veteran actor Dharmendra, 89-year-old passed away. His health has been the subject of rumors since this morning, November 24, when an ambulance with a lot of protection arrived at the front of his Mumbai home. In just one month, the actor had experienced two health scares.
False claims that the 89-year-old actor had died started circulating online earlier this month, causing uncertainty and anxiety. But both his wife Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol quickly denied the rumors, stating that Dharmendra was stable and still recovering.
“THE MEDIA SEEMS TO BE IN OVERDRIVE AND SPREADING FALSE NEWS,” wrote Esha. Hema Malini, his wife, also voiced her dissatisfaction with the early reporting of his passing.
After his condition worsened last week, Dharmendra was hospitalized to the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. Many people were concerned about his hospital stay, particularly once it was revealed that he was receiving ventilator support. Bobby Deol has been in and out of the hospital, along with Sunny Deol, Esha Deol, and mother Hema Malini. Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and his son Aryan Khan were among the other celebrities that paid the seasoned actor a visit at the hospital on Monday.
