Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, will be released in cinemas for Pongal by Magizh Thirumeni. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the movie’s opening number, Sawadeeka, which was released by the producers.
The lyrical video for Sawadeeka was published in the evening after the film’s team made the song’s audio available on many platforms on Friday afternoon. As the Mariachi-style music plays, the 3-minute, 31-second video depicts the marriage of Ajith and Trisha’s characters. Arivu wrote the song’s lyrics, while Anthony Daasan and Anirudh sang the vocals.
At the wedding, Ajith and Trisha also give their all while dancing with their loved ones. One of the most eagerly awaited films of the upcoming year is Vidaamuyarchi.
Magizh and Ajith are working together for the first time, and the actor is back with Trisha after a long separation. In addition to the main duo, the film also features Arjun Sarja, Arav, Regina Cassandra, and Ramya Subramanian. The majority of the movie was filmed in Azerbaijan by the film’s crew.
A confirmed release date for the film has yet to be announced. It remains to be seen what other Tamil films, if any, will clash with Vidaamuyarchi, apart from Shankar’s maiden Telugu film, Game Changer with Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.
