Viineet Kumar Singh is enjoying a new phase in life, fatherhood. The actor, who welcomed a baby boy with wife Ruchiraa Singh on 24 July, has taken a break from work to be completely present for his family. In a recent interview, Viineet expressed how the experience has changed him and how every little moment with his son now means the world to him.
Talking about becoming a father, Viineet said, “It’s hard to even put it into words. The moment I saw my son, everything changed. There’s this quiet shift that happens inside you, and suddenly, nothing else feels more important. I didn’t know I could feel this way.” He further added that he is still adjusting and learning every day, but it’s a journey he cherishes deeply.
Viineet shared that he was hands-on even during the pregnancy and intentionally wrapped up his work early to be with Ruchiraa for every doctor’s visit. “Right now, my focus is entirely on my family. I didn’t want to miss a single moment,” he said.
The actor had earlier announced the pregnancy in May with a photo series featuring Ruchiraa’s baby bump. After their son’s birth, he shared, “God’s kindness overflows… the littlest Singh has arrived.” Viineet was recently seen in the Amazon Prime Video web series Rangeen, which also stars Rajshri Deshpande and Taaruk Raina.
