The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has planned to hold a virtual summit with Nguyen Xuan Phuc. Nguyen is his Vietnamese counterpart. The meeting is taking place exactly when China is showing aggression in their shared region and it will consist of high level talks and defence, energy partnership. India and Vietnam will also speak about India’s $100 million defence line of credit for 12 high speed defence boats in Vietnam.
