Vivek Oberoi donates Rs. 25 lakhs to his ‘I Am Oxygen Man’ initiative

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi in the alliance with Dr Vivek Bindra, has started a COVID-19 relief organisation ‘I Am Oxygen Man’ and donated Rs. 25 lakhs.

‏As India is currently suffering from a serious health crisis, celebrities have been trying to boost awareness about COVID-19. From providing oxygen concentrators to shelter and food, many celebrities are reaching out to the people who are in need. Recently, Bollywood actor Vivek Anand Oberoi has contributed to a fundraiser to help people who are suffering during Covid-19.

His latest initiative ‘I Am Oxygen Man’, in partnership with Dr Vivek Bindra, has got immense support from people all over the world. They all want to contribute to the fundraiser. The actor himself has donated Rs. 25 lakhs to the cause. During an event of ‘I Am Oxygen Man’, Dr Bindra revealed about Vivek donating Rs. 25 lakhs for the fundraiser.

An ‘I Am Oxygen Man’ initiative has been set up and is operating 200 free beds at COVID hospitals in Delhi, which has already saved 1000 plus lives. Along with Dr Vivek Bindra, the ‘Saathiya’ actor is trying to secure India by ensuring that the country is fully equipped and prepared for the third wave. Besides this, Vivek Oberoi has financed more than a hundred heart surgeries for children. He has saved more than 2.5 lakhs underprivileged children from cancer.
