WhatsApp has come up with a new feature which allows In-App notification pop ups for updates. This feature is currently only available on iOS devices but WhatsApp will soon launch it for Android as well. WhatsApp users will now have the power to choose in what form they would like to get updates, such as Alert (persistent notification that requires action immediately), Banner (which go away automatically within a few seconds and None (to receive no updates at all).
