 
									The Xiaomi 15 series is slated to debut at the end of October, powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU. The Chinese smartphone maker has yet to announce the exact launch date for the Xiaomi 15 series, but a new report claims it will be available next week.
The new lineup is expected to be unveiled alongside the HyperOS 2.0 update, which runs on Android 15. The Xiaomi 15 is expected to have a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and three Leica-tuned back cameras.
XiaomiTime claimed to have discovered the launch date of the Xiaomi 15 series in the Xiaomi Community app. According to the graphic supplied by the magazine, the introduction of the forthcoming smartphones will take place on October 29 at 7:00pm local time. The graphic bears the tagline’see every light’ (translated from Chinese), which alludes to the camera capabilities of the future lineup.
The HyperOS 2.0 skin, which is based on Android 15, is likely to be released alongside the Xiaomi 15 series. The new Android UI could have numerous AI-powered features. The Xiaomi 15 series will initially be limited to China, but the handsets are likely to reach worldwide markets in the coming months. Xiaomi SVP Adam Zeng earlier indicated that the Xiaomi 15 would be the first smartphone to have the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC in global markets. It will use Xiaomi’s HyperCore technology.
According to previous leaks, the Xiaomi 15 would include a 6.36-inch flat AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is rumoured to come with a Leica-branded triple back camera array, which includes a 50-megapixel.
The Xiaomi 15 is said to feature a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. It may have an IP68 rating. It is believed to include up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
