Why Were Authorities Spotted At Ben Affleck’s Brentwood Home Amid L.A. Wildfires?

FBI agents and Los Angeles police officers were spotted at Ben Affleck’s Brentwood home amid the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires. Photos obtained by Page Six show the authorities outside the actor’s residence over the weekend. The FBI confirmed that their task force was operating in the Palisades area—one of the regions severely affected by the fires—investigating unauthorized drone activity.

A representative from the FBI explained that agents and local partners were present in the area to investigate whether drones might have caused damage, specifically to a firefighting aircraft known as a “super scooper.” The agents were reportedly at Affleck’s home to check if his CCTV system captured the drone that allegedly damaged the aircraft.

Affleck, who had been seen fleeing to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s home last week due to the Palisades Fire, is still under evacuation orders at his own property. Photos showed him driving to Garner’s house, where she lives with their three children: Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12.

An insider shared that while Affleck’s home is still under evacuation, he is relieved that it remains safe for now. However, he is devastated by the damage caused by the fire and is actively reaching out to offer assistance wherever possible.
