World’s largest OLA scooter factory to be setup in Tamil Nadu

Ola has signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu state government for establishing the largest scooter factory in the world. The factory is said to have the capacity of producing two million units for Rs. 2,400 crore annually.  Ola will employ 10,000 people for jobs in this factory. The manufactured EV’s will be shipped to European, Latin American and Asian markets. Ola believes that they can become the major hub in the EV market.
