The global launch date of Xiaomi’s 14 series, which will come in three variants, Standard, Pro, and Ultra, has been officially announced by the company. On February 25, every model will hit the international market. According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra will soon be available in India. The tipster also states that 1 lakh units of the Ultra model would go on sale at first, however, the company has not confirmed this.

Talking about specifications, the Xiaomi 14 series features the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The phone supports UFS 4.0 storage and up to 16GB of RAM. The smartphones also have an IP68 water and dust-resistant rating. They come with Android 14 out of the box.

The Xiaomi 14 is equipped with a 6.36-inch screen, whereas the Xiaomi 14 Pro has a slightly bigger 6.73-inch display. Both versions have a stylish appearance and a 120Hz AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of 3000nits. This is not the highest in the company, but the panel is intended to provide an excellent experience.

Both phones, which include a 50-megapixel primary camera with a ‘Light Hunter 900’ sensor and a unique Leica Summilux lens, are designed to provide a good photographic experience. However, the Xiaomi 14 has a fixed aperture, but the Pro version has a variable aperture. Users can expect a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Xiaomi 14 is expected to be available for around Rs.50,000. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14 Pro, which appeals to customers wanting excellent performance and cutting-edge features, is expected to have a price tag of about Rs.80,000.
