Former chairman and CFO of L&T Finance holdings took his last breath at 74 in Mumbai. He was a qualified chartered accountant and held a degree in law. In September 2011 , Deosthalee retired as the CFO and joined as the managing director of L&T holdings. During his term the company saw scaling profits with two successful GDR issues.
