Zootopia 2, a Hollywood animated picture, is continuing to gather traction at the box office. In its tenth weekend, the film grossed approximately USD 17.3 million overseas, bringing the total to USD 1.37 billion. Zootopia 2’s worldwide gross box office receipts have now hit USD 1.78 billion, including its USD 409 million domestic cume, in its 68-day theatrical run.
Zootopia 2 eclipsed Inside Out 2 to become the highest-grossing Hollywood animation film of all time, and the second-highest-grossing animated feature ever, trailing only Ne Zha 2. Because the film is still doing well in China and Japan, it is predicted to gross between USD 1.80 billion and $2 billion during its theatrical run.
Zootopia 2 is the most popular in China and North America, followed by Japan and other areas. For the record, the film grossed over USD 638.8 million in China alone, making it the highest-grossing Hollywood production of all time. It grossed USD 409 million in North American markets and approximately USD 90 million in Japan. With such an outstanding run, Zootopia 2 became the ninth highest-grossing film of all time.
