With COVID-19 conditions in the country consistently declining over the past 4 months, the Home Ministry on Wednesday eased guidelines for reconnaissance, control, and caution. Allowing states and Union domains to decide on the degree of participation at social, cultural, and religious get-togethers, revoking the 50% occupancy limit for cinema halls, and opening up swimming pools to all. The relaxations will apply to territories outside of regulation zones.
