In an Extra Masala video, Rahul Vaidya is seen talking to Aly Goni in the dining area. He tells him that he has a wish to really explore Kashmir. Aly tells him of different tour trips that he could go through and talks of the beautiful houseboats called ‘shikaras’. Aly further tells him that they take you on a tour in those and you get to see floating gardens and floating houses around the lakes. There are many floating colonies with shops that you get to see as well. You can order your food and park your shikara as you eat as well! Rahul sounds amused with this. Aly even tells him that people selling jewellery in their boats come to yours asking if you wish you buy anything, all of this while floating in the Dal lake.
