Army Chief meets ‘Fire and Fury’ Corps in Ladakh

Army chief Gen MM Naravane visited the eastern areas of Ladakh and inspected overall military preparations of Indian Army amid the long standing  border standoff with China in last 7 months. The Army Gen was briefed by Lt Gen PGK Menon of Leh-based 14 “Fire and Fury” Corps and visited Rechin La and checked the first-hand assessment of the situation on Line of Actual Control in Ladakh.

Currently, 50,000 Indian Army troop are deployed in the eastern Ladakh in the sub-zero temperatures.
