DLF company in its regulatory filing declares the appointment of Devinder Singh and Ashok Kumar Tyagi, the whole time directors at DLF as Chief Executive Officers (CEO). This comes into effect after, Rajeev Talwar, the whole-time director at DLF decides to retire.
According to reports, the company also says, “Pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today has entrusted additional responsibilities upon Mr. Ashok Kumar Tyagi [DIN: 00254161] and Mr. Devinder Singh [DIN:02569464], both of whom are whole time Directors of DLF Limited by re-designating/ appointing them as Chief Executive Officers & Whole-time Directors of the Company with immediate effect.”
Ashok Kumar Tyagi is a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and BE (Mech) from IIT Rourkee. Tyagi joined DLF in the year 2018 in signing up for position of Executive director. He was responsible for all the support and commercial functions of the development vertical including, legal, HR and secretarial functions, the company says. He was responsible for the growth plan of the company.
Similarly, Devinder Singh is PGDM and BE (civil). Singh joined DLF in the year 1985, signing up for the position of graduate engineer trainee.
However in the series of changes, Savitri Devi Singh and Anushka Singh have been appointed as the company’s Additional Directors, the regulatory filing says.
