Tata Power said its rooftop solar business crossed 3.7 lakh installations with cumulative installed capacity exceeding 4.8 GWp during FY2025-26.
The company said rooftop installations during FY26 stood at 1.7 GWp, while the business retained its position as India’s No.1 rooftop solar company for the 11th consecutive year.
The rooftop solar segment reported PAT of ₹186 crore in Q4 FY26, up 94% year-on-year. Annual PAT from the segment rose 150% to ₹499 crore.
Tata Power reported consolidated PAT of ₹1,416 crore for Q4 FY26, up 8% year-on-year, while FY26 PAT rose 7% to ₹5,118 crore.
Quarterly revenue stood at ₹15,962 crore, while EBITDA increased 10% year-on-year to ₹4,216 crore.
For FY26, revenue stood at ₹63,681 crore and EBITDA rose 11% to ₹16,090 crore.
The company also said its EV charging network expanded to over 7,000 public and semi-public charging points across 706 cities and towns nationwide.
During FY26, Tata Power crossed the milestone of over 2 lakh home EV charger installations, while its EZ Charge mobile application surpassed 5 lakh registered users.
The company’s board recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY26.
