Auto industry employees to get salary hike after festive season

Majority of Auto majors like Maruti Suzuki India, Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M), Hyundai Motor, Hero MotoCorp and Royal Enfield have decided to hikes it’s employees salaries after they have successfully recovered during the festive season. Mahindra an Mahindra has decided to give increments from December effectively. M&M earlier gave increments in August but this year they had to deferred because of Covid-19 crisis and it’s impact on auto industry sales.
