Axis Bank on Wednesday announced the launch of AI-powered compliance solutions for its Current Account customers as part of its broader digital transformation initiatives.
The bank’s new offerings include an AI-powered ReKYC solution and a Digital Business Profile Update Service, both designed to digitise regulatory workflows and improve customer experience.
Axis Bank said the ReKYC solution uses document intelligence to automatically extract and validate KYC documents while guiding branch users in real time. Meanwhile, the Digital Business Profile Update Service uses Generative AI and GST intelligence to automate business classification and profile updates.
According to the bank, the solutions have already shown early signs of reducing operational rework and improving turnaround times across branches and operations teams.
