Baby John day 3 box office collection; film fails to maintain day 1 impression

Varun Dhawan’s most recent film, Baby John, exploded out of the gates with a double-digit first-day gross on Christmas, raising expectations for a huge run. Unfortunately, the movie’s box office performance has suffered, with receipts declining for the third consecutive day.

The tracking website Sacnilk reports that the movie brought in ₹19.65 crore (nett). The action thriller has reportedly been doing poorly at the box office for the third day in a row. The movie made ₹11.25 Cr on its first day of release on December 25. There was a 57.78% drop in business, with ₹4.75 crore in registered business.

With business of ₹3.65 crore on the third day, the decreasing trend continues, bringing the total to ₹19.65 crore (nett). On Friday, the movie’s overall occupancy rate in Hindi was 9.62%. Varun’s largest opener in the previous five years was Baby John. However, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule provided fierce competition, and the movie was unable to stay up.

In addition to Varun, the film features Jackie Shroff, Rajpal Yadav, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Keerthy Suresh, with a cameo by Salman Khan. Jawan star Atlee is producing the action thriller, which is directed by Kalees.

In order to raise his daughter in a secure setting, the police officer goes into hiding. However, when her life is in danger, he has to confront his past. Vijay plays the main character in this Theri adaptation, which debuted to a mixed reception.
