BCB Investigating Bio-Bubble Breach Involving Shakib Al Hasan

An investigation has started by the officials of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) to look into a bio-secure bubble breach. The breach occurred during Mohammedan Sporting Club’s practice session in the Bangabandhu Dhaka Premier Division T20.

The topic has been brought to the attention of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and the Cricket Committee of Dhaka Metropolis (CCDM). BCB and CCDM have taken the situation very seriously, according to the board an inquiry has been started.

CCDM Chairman Kazi Inam Ahmed said in an official statement.”This occurrence has left us disappointed. Our teams, players, and officials’ health and safety are our primary concerns.”

They have spent lots of money to make sure that players and management should be safe in bio-secure bubbles. They were expecting that everyone should follow the rules and regulations. The incident occurred when An outsider entered the Shere Bangla National Stadium as skipper Shakib Al Hasan was training, according to ESPNcricinfo.

BCB President Nazmul Hassan declared last week that former captain Shakib Al Hasan has “no chance” of playing in the rescheduled Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. Bangladesh’s hectic schedule and the T20 World Cup, which will be possibly held in India in October, were cited by the BCB chief as reasons why Shakib did not receive a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for the IPL.
