BEML acquires additional contract of Rs 501 crore from DMRC

BEML has received a variation order from DMRC for supplementary 12 train sets of 06 cars which accounts to 72 train sets in total. This package previously accounted for Rs 3817 crore, with additions of Rs 501 crore it sum ups to Rs 4318 currently. The contract is decided to operate at line 2b and 7 of Mumbai metro project.
