Last year, she also presented an award at the Oscars. The London Royal Festival Hall will host the BAFTA Film Awards on February 19. Other presenters at the BAFTA Film Awards include Idris Elba, Adjoa Andoh, Himesh Patel, Gillian Anderson, Hugh Grant and Lily Collins. The specific award categories they will present are not yet announced.
Variety reported that former winners Emma Mackay and Jack O’Connell are confirmed to present the BAFTA Film Awards’ Rising Star Award. The nominees for the award this year are Phoebe Dynevor, Ayo Edebiri, Jacob Elordi, Mia McKenna-Bruce and Sophie Wilde.
Hannah Waddingham will perform a special cover song at the ceremony, while Sophie Ellis Bexter will sing “Murder on the Dancefloor,” which gained popularity two decades after its debut owing to Saltburn. Celebrities expected to attend include Barry Keoghan, Bradley Cooper, Carey Mulligan, Cillian Murphy, Greta Gerwig, Christopher Nolan, Celine Song and Yorgos Lanthimos.
Oppenheimer, a historical drama, has the most nominations (13) at the BAFTA Film Awards. Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon, which recounts the story of the 1920s Osage Nation killings, and the Gothic comedy Poor Things each got nine nominations.
