Following his latest criticism of the Grammy Awards, Drake was the target of a social media backlash after a short clip appeared on social media showing the rapper in bed with his lower half exposed. As fans couldn’t believe what they were seeing and quickly made him a trending topic online, the internet was buzzing with shock and confusion. Despite the controversy, the singer appears unconcerned about the leak.
The Canadian rapper reportedly addressed the situation with humour during a performance at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, US, though he hasn’t officially commented on the video.
On February 8, during his performance at the Big As The What tour in Nashville, the rapper stopped to speak with the audience. In a video recorded by an attendee, the Rich Flex star created anticipation and appeared to be preparing to address the alleged sexual video in front of the audience at Bridgestone Arena. He started by saying, “I know y’all have been waiting on me to address this, so the rumours are true…” After a brief pause, he continued, “My dad is here tonight. That’s what y’all been waiting on right?”

The rapper’s video has gone viral around the world, even drawing the attention of actor and wrestling icon John Cena. The Suicide Squad star took to Instagram to express his opinions, sharing an edited photo of WWE icon Jake “The Snake” Roberts with his python draped around him. However, Cena replaced the image by replacing Roberts’ face with Drake’s, resulting in a humorous twist. The post had Cena’s fans in shock as he added his sense of humour to the viral situation.
