Fans cheer for Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’, dance inside theatres on ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’; Watch

‘Dunki,’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, was released today and it was the first time the film was shown at a 5:55 a.m. show at Gaiety Galaxy. Fans had a screening and videos of them dancing to ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ went viral on the internet. It appears to be a festival in the theatres as fans cannot stop enjoying the film and dancing along with it. With cut-outs of SRK, the atmosphere outside Gaiety early in the morning was impossible to miss.

This early morning show was new for a movie and the atmosphere just adds to it.

Earlier ‘Pathaan’ shows were kept at noon, while ‘Jawan’ shows were kept at 9 a.m. This was one of SRK’s earliest shows at the Gaiety. Watch the fans’ dancing to ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ here:

Amazingly, SRK fans have organised 1000 exclusive screenings worldwide. A day before the film’s release, SRK was questioned about his wife Gauri’s favourite part of “Dunki.” He responded and said, “She said it’s a film to be very proud of and loved the humour.”

Dunki’s story spins around illegal immigration and the craze of young people, particularly in small towns, to shift abroad. Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal also feature in the film.
