Former Hyderabad pacer Ashwin Yadav died on Saturday

Ashwin Yadav had played his last Ranji Trophy match in 2009 against Mumbai. But he continued to play for the State Bank of Hyderabad and then SBI in the local leagues.

On Saturday, April 24, Former Hyderabad Cricketer Ashwin Yadav died after cardiac arrest at the age of 33. He was living with his wife and three sons. He was a fast- bowler.

He was not fortunate enough to play for the Nation and in the IPL but he had played ten List A and two T20 matches. He had also played fourteen First-class matches. He debuted against Punjab in Mohali and also took 34 wickets after this debut. Yadav came with the best figures of 6 for 52 against Delhi at Uppal Stadium in the 2008-09 season.

The Fielding Coach of the Indian cricket team, R Sridhar said on his official Twitter handle that he felt devastated to hear of Ashwin’s death, describing him as a jovial and fun-loving guy, a team man, and gave his everything as a speedster. Sridhar prayed to the almighty to give his family strength.
