After a shocking defeat in the second ODI of the three-match ICC Cricket World Cup Super League series in Dublin, South Africa skipper won the toss and elected to bat first in the third game. Openers Janneman Malan and Quinton de Kock played sensational knocks and blew away the Ireland bowling attack with a 225-run partnership. South Africa in the first innings scored a total of 346/4 in 50 overs.

Ireland batting second for chasing 347 for series winner match, lost six wickets for just 92 runs. But, fighting knocks from Simi Singh and Curtis Campher helped Ireland to pass the 250-run mark. Despite Singh’s hundred, Ireland lost the match by 70 runs.
