
The 9th round of India and China Corps Commander level military talks will be held tomorrow, January 24. Indian Army Officials said prominent point of the talks is to address the military standoff in Eastern Ladakh.
The talks will be held at Moldo meeting point opposite the Chushul sector in India, the officials mentioned. It will be hosted by China. Corps Commander Lieutenant General P.G.K. Menon will lead the Indian delegation.
The Ministry of External Affairs recently said, “India and China continue to maintain close communication through diplomatic and military channels with the objective of ensuring complete disengagement in all friction points along the LAC in the western sector and for full restoration of peace and tranquility.”
“We are confident of finding a solution through talks.” Defence Minister Rajnath Singh told Times Now in an Interview.
