IPL 2021 PBKS vs KKR: Power pack performance of Punjab King’s bowlers in power-play

Now, the journey of IPL 2021 shifts to Ahmedabad and this will be the first match of IPL being played at the newly-built Narendra Modi Stadium.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have won the toss in match 21 of IPL 2021 and elected to bowl first in Ahmedabad against Punjab Kings (PBKS). The first leg of IPL 2021 has finally come to an end with all the matches scheduled at Mumbai and Chennai having been completed. Now, the journey of IPL 2021 shifts to Ahmedabad and this will be the first match of IPL being played at the newly-built Narendra Modi Stadium.

In the match, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) could not make a good start as the opener  Nitish Rana out on the 4th ball of the 1st over. Mohammed Shami took the wicket of Rana and slow down the pace of KKR towards the target of 129 runs.

And Subham Gill also isn’t able to hold on to the pitch and got out on the 5th ball of the second over by making nine runs off eight balls. And on the last ball of third over Narine also returned to the Pavillion without scoring a single in four balls. Kolkata scored  42 runs by the end of Powerplay.
