Young captain Sanju Samson leading Rajasthan Royals (RR) suffered pain in their opening match of IPL 2021 against the Punjab Kings (PBKS). Despite Samson’s record of 119 runs innings, the Royals fell short of the target by 4 runs and currently are at sixth position in the points table. On Thursday, they will be up against the runners up Delhi Capitals in Match 7 of the 14th IPL edition.

On the other side, the Delhi Capitals (DC) started their IPL campaign on a positive note against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). As they won the match by 7 wickets. Although CSK batsmen scored a decent total of 188/7, the openers for DC played sensational knock and had the highest partnership for Delhi Capitals of 138 runs.
