‘Jadeja doesn’t know English’ – a twitter user leaks Sanjay Manjrekar’s DM conversation

In 2019, former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar and India’s best all-rounder Jadeja were involved in a heated controversy. Manjrekar had called Jadeja a “bits and pieces” cricketer. That comment didn’t go well as Jadeja sparkled with a half-century in the 2019 World Cup semi-final when India lost to Blackcaps. On the other hand, a Twitter user leaked Manjrekar’s chats. In one of those messages, he said Jadeja doesn’t understand English.

He said that it was a sad state Jadeja was in expecting Manjrekar to worship players like him and he is not a fan of Jadeja. Manjrekar is an analyst and Jadeja doesn’t know English so he did not understand the meaning of bits and pieces and someone else must have spelt verbal diarrhoea for Jadeja. A Twitter user tweeted that he didn’t want to share that personal chat in public and even though it contains senseless stuff, he couldn’t help but share because everyone needs to know the bad side of Manjrekar. He tags Jadeja and says he would be proud of what Manjrekar did to prove Jadeja wrong. He also tags BCCI and asked them that is Manjrekar the kind of man they would want in the commentary panel.

Jadeja replied to his chats by tweeting that he had played twice the number of matches compared to Manjrekar and still plays. He tells Manjrekar to learn to respect people who have achieved and he had heard enough of Manjrekar’s verbal diarrhoea.
